I rig the dead dodo skin to the rcbaron and now its flyable
Relace the files
TXD
DFF
COL
Then add my handling.

BUGS: the front and back windows are transparent so i don't know how to fix em.

A save file has been added for the convenience of searching.
For Dodo to appear, move away then return again to the same place and he will appear.
