All the good things must come to an end.
Over the last few years I tried to grow gta-freedom into a helpful place for mods, tools and community. While we've had many great moments, a combination of factors means I can no longer sustain the project: advertising revenue was lost after our AdSense account was suspended, alternative monetization would hurt the user experience, and traffic has declined while hosting costs remain.
- Our Google AdSense account was suspended, which removed the primary revenue source.
- Accepting alternative ad networks would have lowered the quality of the site (adware/poor UX).
- Traffic and contributions declined while costs to run the servers stayed the same.
Because of this, and changes in my personal priorities, I'm closing the site. This is not a decision I made lightly — thank you for every download, contribution and message along the way.
