This mod add 8 gangs just like in san andreas! :D PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A GRAND THEFT AUTO VICE CITY MOD!
All of them carry M4's and also they won't disappear unless you reset the game.


Always feeling lonely? Don't worry! these guys will keep you company. :)


Just copy all the 8 files into the CLEO Folder and you're all set, they all spawn at the mansion
