I haven't found any Skateboard weapon mod for Vice City before so I spontaneously decided to make one quickly, mod is LQ and is perfectly made for low spec PC & VC Xbox version.
Model is originally from San Andreas (not used)

Installation instruction:
Replace the bat.dff and bat.txd in the gta3.img or just place it in the Modloader.
