No More Hand Seams for Niko

An extremely small mod that anybody could have done, but I didn't see anybody who's done this yet. Niko has pretty bad texture seams on his hands along his fingers with the UV seams. Everybody does, actually. If tiny things like this bother you, I've made this. Includes the WTD and the WDR (edited the embedded normal and specular maps as well). no need for credits because a monkey could do this, just something i did while i'm making my next mod that involves Niko's hands... hmm
