The Mi-26 Halo is the biggest transport helicopter in service and was developed in Russia.
You are able to go inside it and drive cars in the interior. However, the cars may slip out, as it's hard to keep them inside.

I didn't test it, but it should work with Silent's rotor patch (I have added blurred rotors)
