Lamborgini celestial V4 (addon) by "elcreador"
Added more speed in the fying model.Can be edited, with open iv, in the handling.meta.
Fixed some front elements in the flying model.
Two models:"lambc": car only and "lambf": flying car.
Added flying model based in deluxo gta 5 model.
Converted and adapted to gta 5 by me.
