Replaces the police helicopter (haunting) with the Kirov Airship from the game Red Alert 3. When it approaches, the voice "Kirov Reporting" will sound. Installation: Use program gta3audio.exe to replace sound sfx00266.wav in file sfx.SDT In the Unknown 2 window, change the value of the digit to -1 (minus one).
