3: Put the contents of the "Flames" folder into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\f10056\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\f10056.ytd" using OpenIV with Edit Mode on.
