EFLC Vehicles in IV

Have you ever wonder how is it possible that Rockstar never added those new beautiful vehicles from GTA EFLC to GTA IV in a new update? As you all know instead we got nothing more than just new songs in Vladivostok Fm, while of course the old ones were deleted. But thanks to me, that changed. Now you will be able to drive any vehicles through Liberty City and enjoy it like never before!

-Removed Schafter2 (Tony's variant) and added the stocked one - Schafter3.
