Destructible Environment

A very simple mod where you can destroy specific buildings.
Search for smaller buildings, you have to hit the middle of it with
rocket launcher or grenade. Other method is to ram it with a
car, it doesn't matter where you hit it.
Affected places: Ocean Beach, Starfish Island, Prawn Island
