Cop Disguise for Niko Bellic - Part One

Part one of the Cop Disguise, police uniform, what-have-you for Niko Bellic, containing the standard cop lowr, the long sleeve shirt, and the hat as a sus2 drawable so it's not removed when Niko enters a vehicle. The rest of the upprs are coming soon!
