Buy New Safe House Mod by NotThatRedGuy

This mod adds a new safehouse into the game which you can buy and use it to save your game.
The Safe house is located in Ocean Beach.

Installation:
Just copy the CLEO folder and paste it in your game folder

If you don't already have CLEO, then also copy the VC.CLEO.asi and paste it
in your game folder.
