This mod replaces the beach ball with the pokémon Pikachu, it has a new sound in the form of the voice of the Pikachu itself. Installation: Use program gta3audio to replace sound sfx00339.wav in file sfx.SDT Use program CollEditor to replace file beachball.col in file generic.col +Bonus: Added Kirby, he also has his own native sound.
